Current- Manages 28 personnel, 7 test stations and ancillary support equipment worth $17.9 million, and directs maintenance actions that sustain 52 aircraft in the Air Force's sole CV-22 Centralized Repair Facility supporting 5 MAJCOM missions and Joint operations. Supervises work-center processes and procedures; coordinates with Navy, HHQ, depot, and industry engineers for test equipment upgrades, asset acquisitions, and supply distribution constraints.- Orchestrated the production of 450 operational line replaceable units, 248 headquarters high-priority assets, and delivered savings of $49.6M in reduced replacement costs. - Initiated a landing gear control depot repair process for the CV-22 fleet that was critical to 7.7K flying hours, 2.4K sorties, and expedited support for SOF operations around the world.- Developed Air Force's first technical assistance request for execution; Directed the repair of 13 Integrated Avionics Processors resulting in $2.9M in savings and reinstated 4 grounded CV-22s to full mission capable.
