With our in-house financing and sliding scale pricing model, Lyons House will be able to develop highly marketable and sustainable backyard houses and transitional pods that are affordable to families at risk of displacement. Through incentives and property management services, Lyons House will be able to create positive cash flow for homeowners to meet the region’s growing living cost by leasing their backyard unit to members of a vulnerable class of their choice.
