Maintenance Supervisor
Current Manage and schedule all maintenance team activities (I/E, mechanical) Oversee maintenance and 3rd party work activities. Mitigate Risk and identify process safety hazards. Identify opportunity for predictive and preventive maintenance to eliminate shutdowns. Serve as administrator for Interface software Including Intouch, Wonderware, Panelview, Allen Bradley Control logix and networking, and Solar Turbotronics. Perform Performance evaluations on all maintenance personnel in order to set goals for their improvement and progression path. Oversee RCFA’s with teams to ensure repetitive failures are mitigated in order to optimize production and decrease equipment failures and minimize downtime. Oversee upgrades or projects in the field to ensure they are performed safely and meet all regulatory specifications. Ensure all personnel are working safely through evaluations and discussions with working personnel. Utilize Hazard identification and risk reduction plans to ensure safe work is being performed as safely as possible.
