Successfully restructured and turned around a distressed real estate and hospitality portfolio company for a New York based hedge fund. Rationalized operations, raised over $500m of debt and equity across Asia and the US, brought in key strategic investors, grew the company from 20 people to 2,000, and built a luxury integrated resort of over one million square feet that opened in July 2013, with a Greg Norman championship golf course opening in 2014. Both the resort and the golf course have been awarded leading global accolades and they established Vietnam’s largest tourism real estate development, a group of integrated resorts and residential towers located across 400 acres of beachfront land. Asset is currently owned by Warburg Pincus and VinaCapital.Served on the Advisory Boards of G2E Las Vegas and G2E Asia, and recognized among Inside Asian Gaming’s top 50 most influential people in 2011 and 2012.

Identified new strategic revenue opportunities, led large-scale gaming and non-gaming developments, evaluated acquisitions, advised and provided evidence to multiple governments across Asia, Europe and the Middle East, and represented MGM with all external stakeholders regarding gaming legislation, tax policy and regulations.Took MGM MIRAGE Online from initial concept through launch in the Isle of Man and London.
