- As a member of the Rutgers Global - Study Abroad (RGSA) team, Lloyd serves as an Advisor and Coordinator for Short-Term and Faculty-Led Winter, Summer, Embedded Fall, and Embedded Spring semester programs. Both the Winter and Embedded Spring 2023 terms saw higher enrollment totals than any term of their kind in over a decade at the university.- Lloyd co-led the launch of the 2022 Rutgers Global Passport to the World Initiative, providing funding for 250 students to receive a first-time U.S. passport. The initiative is targeted specifically to those who have never had a U.S. Passport, across Camden, Newark, and New Brunswick Campuses. Lloyd collaborates with various departments on each campus to best reach students. These include Rutgers University-Camden Office of International Students and Global Programs, Rutgers University-Newark Office of Global Initiatives and Experiential Learning, and Center for Social Justice Education and LGBT Communities, and more. This initiative will carry on into 2023! - In Summer 2022, Lloyd went onto co-facilitate a Service Learning course titled Education, Culture and Change in South Africa. A Rutgers Graduate School of Education study abroad program offered by Rutgers Global - Study Abroad, featuring a robust range of learners from Rutgers Business School, School of Social Work, Graduate School of Education, and Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. Lloyd also connected with key leadership officials at the National Research Foundation, top scholars and professors at University of Stellenbosch, and both business and community leaders across Cape Town and Johannesburg.- Since October 2020, Lloyd has been a member of the communications team at Rutgers Global. He has either launched or assisted in the launch of various social media campaigns. Since this team was formed, followers have increased by over 40%.

- During his time as Senior Peer Advisor, Lloyd provided individualized information, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication, and guidance to students about international education and opportunities in his advising sessions. - During his time as a Social Media Intern, Lloyd also helped manage RGSA’s Facebook account and campaigns, such as Humans of Study Abroad. He further assisted his team by producing multiple articles providing insight into studying and living abroad. - Supported the Marketing and Outreach Coordinator in the promotion and planning of Study Abroad Fair and info sessions. Lloyd made multiple visits to both classrooms and lecture halls of up to 300+ students to provide insight into global education. - Developed and maintained spreadsheets, assisted in developing marketing and outreach campaigns, tracked and distributed outreach materials to various departments and student organizations.

Lloyd works directly with Founder and CEO Henri Lembe to better connect Anglophone and Francophone communities through sport and leadership.

- During his time at Camp Skylemar, Lloyd facilitated and organized tennis tournaments of up to 100 players as well as clinics ranging up to 50 players, leading to significant improvement in both the program and skills of the players. - Lloyd was part of a diverse working environment with staff and players from across North and South America, Asia, and Europe, with a camper retention rate of 96 percent. - During tenure, Lloyd assisted in growing tournament and clinic size by 40 percent.
