Without these priorities at the center of their business focus, our franchisees won't be able to build a company and a lifestyle that is fulfilling to them. By asking "what are you baonanas for?" we'll collaborate on a North Star and guide our franchisees on their entrepreneurial journey to whatever that may be.In addition to general entrepreneurial guidance, our comprehensive training program sets our franchisees up for success and profitability through hands-on training both on the "field" and in the "classroom." With kitchen production centralized at #Baonanas HQ in Jersey City, local franchisees are able to bypass the kitchen operation to soley focus on Front of House management and excellent guest experience.
