Working to assist in delivering the Football Association's National Game Strategy of producing better players and better coaches. The FA Skills Programme involves coaching at the FA's Skill Decelopment Centres, Charter Standard Clubs and Schools to develop the capabilities of 5-11 year olds in football. The role also involves tutoring teachers and youth coaches in delivering positive learning environments for young people. - Planning, delivering and evaluating age-appropriate coaching sessions for FA Skills Centres.
