In these cases, I partner closely with each client to advise on litigation case strategy from intake to trial and appeal, including whether to pursue mediation or arbitration. I am continually dedicated to finding the best and most cost-effective resolution for my clients.I also have significant experience defending and advising employers against workers’ compensation claims. I counsel insurance agencies and providers on the applicability of coverage under a variety of insurance agreements. I am also skilled in litigating declaratory judgment, breach of insurance contract, and bad faith actions.
