As I developed my skill set at TT-UK I became more involved with the Customer Services side of the business under the guidance of Nigel Gardener and took up more of a customer support and demonstration role visiting supporting and demonstrating the products countrywide to key companies and sub contractors and major players within the utility industry.Later and interim I took on the role of Area Sales Manager for the Northern part of the TT-UK territory covering Nottinghamshire to the Orkneys developing good contacts for TT-UK within this area .As business developed i moved back to the CSD division as an ASM/CSD support engineer backing up the established Area Sales Managers again demonstrating/supporting and promoting the range of TT trenchless products country and worldwide including Grundoburst and Grundosteer and new products such as RSP Suction Excavators, attending RSP in Saalfeld & TT Germany's Saalhausen HQ many times for product training & also actively demonstrating these products at various exhibitions like No-Dig shows and SED.I then became involved with the operator training side of the industry as that began to take centre stage and I was instrumental along with Nigel and Tricia in the design, development and delivery of the now industry standard TT-UK operator training courses that most of todays utility contractors and staff have attended.We achieved City & Guilds and EUSR accreditation and also I participated and gained my CPD coaching and assessor and trainer qualifications allowing me to correctly deliver operator training courses worldwide and worked up to Training Department Manager status whilst at TT-UK Show less
