I founded LAS Advisors to leverage my over three decades of restructuring and financial advisory experience at leading full service and independent investment banks including Merrill Lynch, Miller Buckfire, Evercore and UBS.My objective is to provide focused, experienced, independent strategic advice to build consensus among stakeholders, align incentives and achieve expedited, cost-effective and value maximizing solutions for companies facing transformational issues. I am a respected and trusted banker recognized for strong analytical skills, creativity in developing innovative and actionable solutions, integrity and effective communication and negotiation skills. I have restructured over $25 billion in debt across numerous companies, advising companies, owners, creditors, governments and other stakeholders. In addition, I have raised in excess of $10 billion of capital for companies over my career and can quickly assist companies in raising private capital through my senior relationships with principals at numerous private capital providers. My experience covers a wide range of industries including industrials, transportation, energy, technology, business services, healthcare, financial services, consumer and retail, as well as in cross border transactions.
