This was a 13 Month Internship within the Technology Services (TS) business unit and focusing specifically on HP Networking. My responsibilities included project management, escalations and customer support. My biggest achievement was leading the project that overcame a downgrade in partner status with an OEM that had the potential to seriously impact many account P&Ls. It involved working with multiple parties and a level of creativity to ensure we implemented a workaround to maintain margins. During my time I was also heavily involved in fund raising for the Princes Trust and organising social events for the intern community.
