Responsible for Extended Construction Management for Nevada State Public Works Board; Construction Management Services for the City of Henderson, Nevada; Claims Consulting and Project Management Services for UNLV, Las Vegas, Nevada

Responsible for coordination and design of the Phase I Expansion Program. Managed Design Consultants, development of the Systems Performance Specification, coordination with all governmental agencies in the Franchise / Land Use Permit process and Environmental clearances. Developed and executed the traffic study scope of work, secured FAA approvals, NDOT approvals and secured a Use Permit from Clark County, Nevada. Managed the daily Operations, Maintenance and Security of the Las Vegas Monorail.

Responsible for the design, construction, testing and commissioning of the Las Vegas Monorail Project including guideway, vehicles, stations, structures and the Operations & Maintenance Facility. Established a Partnering process with Contractors, Consultants and the Las Vegas Monorail Company utilizing a third party facilitator as part of the Dispute Resolution Process. Responsibilities included mobilization and planning of the O&M Agreement. Responsible for the daily Operations, Maintenance, Security, Fare Collection and Fare enforcement.

Responsible for developing the design criteria for the Extension of Phase 1 of the Las Vegas Monorail to Downtown, Las Vegas in conjunction with the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) through operational characteristics, value engineering evaluation and preliminary design efforts. Coordinated with the RTC Management team / Consultants, oversight of the engineering consultants, Contract and Specification development and negotiations and managed the Real Estate Acquisition Plan to oversee and negotiate required acquisitions.

Responsible for the overall management of the Joint Venture Consortium and the sole contact for the Consortium with the Owner and Bond Trustee in relation to project matters of the complete DBOM Contract. Negotiated and developed the Las Vegas Monorail DBOM Contract and Systems Performance Specification.

Responsible for the complete design, fabrication, installation testing and commissioning of the vehicles and subsystems including all civil and fixed facilities for the Automated Skyway Express Project in Jacksonville, Florida.Responsible for the O&M Contract for the Automated Guideway Transit System at Tampa International Airport.

Responsible for the design, furnishing, delivery, installation, fixed facility construction, vehicles and initial operation of the new Senate Subway System linking the Dirksen and Hart Senate Office Buildings with the US Capitol in Washington, DC.Responsible for the complete installation and vehicle testing & commissioning for the Automated Guided Transit AGT) System connecting the new South Parking Garage with the existing Landside Building at Tampa International Airport.
