Launched investment strategies to scale value chain development across Africa (focus on Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, and Mozambique) with female farmer focus. Programs included warehouse receipt systems, seed distribution networks, voucher systems, and micro-loans. All programs focused on staunch M&E systems, market-based sustainability, and return on donor investment. Worked to negotiate $150 million in funding and impact investments with including support from USAID, DANIDA, DFID, AFD, Rockefeller, and Gates Foundation. Oversaw communications to build profile on international stages such as World Economic Forum.
