Currently studying osteopathy at RMIT University, I am very passionate about physical activity and overall health. My goal is to complete my studies to be able to help others achieve their goals of physical health. I finished my secondary school studies at Koonung Secondary College in 2021. I value that opportunity to create a connection and then to be able to help someone feel better on a physical and emotional level. I also value integrity and hard work. I feel it is important to stick to what you believe in even if that means making sacrifices as well as if you work hard enough you are able to achieve a lot in life. My main hobbies are triathlons and weightlifting. I have had the opportunity to participate in a few triathlons now with the goal of completing a half-ironman. I like triathlons as there are three disciplines to constantly aim to get better at and to improve. When I'm not exercising I enjoy cooking and trying to create new recipes and find new flavours that can fuel my body. I believe a great achievement that relates to my course of osteopathy is my implementation of a strict diet and exercise routine to better my body and to fix several pains in my body which suggests that there are several ways to confront an issue in the body.
