About Lloyd Greensite

I am a risk management specialist who loves leading teams and utilising technology to make big things happen. From conception to specifics across the entirety of lifecycle management, I excel at aligning execution to strategy, building repeatable and sustainable processes to consistently deliver. I lead multinational operations teams dealing with the most complex structured products, regulatory change and project management. I am a problem solver and business enabler who just get things done because of my ability to quickly distil problems to their core, build strong relationships with all stakeholders and influence others. I need to be constantly challenged and love solving problems be they strategic or specific, logical or human-driven. I am passionate about marrying domain knowledge with data science to lead digital transformation and putting technology in the hands of employees to create a more meaningful work environment.Today I am excited when I look at ways we can apply new technology to simplify and reduce operational complexities; learning new data science possibilities, making sense of all the data we have and presenting that in a way that we can all understand; how we can apply behavioural science to the workplace, and; most importantly, mentoring my staff to help them be the best they can be. And I think it's amazing what can happen when you bring diverse thinkers together and empower and trust them to deliver.
