I am a table tennis coach for Cardiff City Table Tennis Club, the only club solely dedicated to table tennis in the whole of Wales. In this role I lead, plan and deliver with my colleagues coaching programs and sessions to all ages and abilities. I also work individually with the players on a 1 to 1 basis. I work alongside Sport Cardiff delivering sessions in Schools and promoting the club. I coach a broad range of people each week including sessions of 4-10 year old's, international junior players and adults of all ages and standards. Learning to be adaptable and coach for the individuals needs has been a large part of my development as a coach at Cardiff City TTC. Before joining Cardiff City Table Tennis Club I worked with Bristol Academy of Sport Table Tennis. During my time in Bristol I was lucky enough to work with experienced coaches and athletes of international standard.I am passionate about developing sporting and personal excellence through coaching. I am always eager to connect with other clubs and coaches. I enjoy all aspects of my job; I think my favourite part is engaging with different people to help them better themselves.I have a MSc and First Class BSc from the University of South Wales (formerly University of Glamorgan) in sports coaching related subjects.I am always interested in hearing from other coaches, clubs, or anyone interested in striving for excellence, so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.lloydmgregory@gmail.com
