The Affiliation Program is designed to develop a mutual understanding of air mobility requirements, air mobility capabilities and to build a professional and cooperative environment between Department of Defense and NATO users of U.S. military airlift and its providers. Affiliation training includes instruction on load planning and teaching organizations on how to plan, prepare and deploy by air with minimal assistance from Air Mobility Command.
