With the demise of profitability in the mortgage brokerage industry, Robbins & Lloyd ceased all operationsin 2008. During the hay-day of the industry, Robbins & Lloyd originated in excess of $1 Billion residential mortgages.

The Real Estate Board creates and administrates all licensing regulations for the Wisconsin real estate industry related to both individuals and companies. I was appointed to the Board by Governor Thompson and re-appointed by Governor Doyle.

As the industry Association, WAMB worked for the creation of constructive policies and laws governing the mortgage brokerage industry. I was elected to the Board in 2001, received the Leglislative Award in 2003 and served as President from 2005-2007. During that time Wisconsin became one of the few states requiring continuing eduaction of loan origination licensees.

Robbins & Lloyd Career Training Institute provided the required pre-licensing and continuing education for the real estate, appraisal, loan officer and insurance professions. It served both individuals and companys in providing high quality teaching and certification programs.
