Surmont Incentivized Milestone review and approval based on contractor performance. Cost efficiency was paramount during the execution of this contract.• Provided guidance to all vendor support representatives during the course of the project. • Project scope included 1.98 million meters of cable installed, 32,000 terminations completed, 87,000 meters of EHT installed and 3020 instrument loop folders completed.• Directly involved in driving system completion of 460 E/I and telecom systems. • Supervised contractor EHT CSU team during the commissioning of 3430 EHT zones and 22 EHT distribution/control shelters.• Assisted with the 13.8 KV distribution to field facilities water and disposal wells. -
