I was raised with PC computers, rearranging autoexec.bat and config.sys to get enough high memory to LAN games over token ring with my friends as we packed around our computers from house to house, my love for tinkering with them turned professional. Throughout high school I worked in the small town's local office equipment store repairing computers, training throughout their departments from repair, wireless antenna installs, Internet Support, and finally an intro to phone systems and cabling before I headed out to Hawaii for a change of scenery.I had only 1 job in Hawaii that spanned the entire time I lived on the island. Working at Cowabunga! Computers gave me the ability to service hundreds of homes, businesses, and spend a few months working behind the scenes as branch support for Bank of Hawaii.Since then I have furthered my career in small business support with PacketDrivers They had a 25+ client contract base with a broad range of machines from Windows XP to Windows Server 2012 and everything in-between. Many of our clients have propriety apps we need to support, Exchange servers to maintain, office moves, remote client and office support, you name it.Fuse Networks was the next step with managing virtual infrastructure, hosted cloud solutions, implementing new clients with hardware, configuring firewalls and PCI compliance mixed into the group. I have had the opportunity to travel to a few different locations across the US to document, deploy, meet and greet with clients. Now I'm dedicated to continue my career in the cloud and further aspirations with Life Technology Solutions at Milliman.
