About Lloyd Mcnett

My cumulative skills in leadership, management and team dynamics have been my cornerstone to assembling, facilitating and harmonizing numerous teams for project completion, continuous process improvement and innovative research and development.The experiences I have gained from 24 years of military service have proven invaluable to me. I am not only a committed teammate but a change agent as well. I have a vast knowledge of and hands-on experience in many different areas to include project management, quality assurance, workplace safety, security, facility management, vocational training and skills development. As you will see from my profile, I am also technically savvy with a background in aviation maintenance.
