I have over 42 years experience in the industry, working with a diverse client base and a large tried and tested supplier network. This is complemented by a comprehensive knowledge of marketing communications, sound business sense and a vast knowledge of print and production.Only three years after starting an apprenticeship with Thomson Regional Newspapers, I became their youngest ever studio manager, winning best studio in the group award on five separate occasions as well as two Newspaper Society awards for creative advertising. Thirteen years later I instigated and co-founded Eclipse Creative Consultants Limited, where I developed an enviable and respected reputation for creative advertising and marketing over 21 years.I then co-founded Chester Marketing Solutions Limited, to fulfil my aspiration for fresh challenges, and having appeased my passion for Gothic and medieval English history: our studio was located in one of Chester’s oldest buildings an 11th Century Abbey Arch complete with its very own (friendly) ghost! It was time to move upwards and onwards, and we moved to The Old Rectory, on St Mary's Hill, Chester, a fabulous grade two listed former parsonage house and coach yard, constructed approximately 1835 and yes it is haunted ! listed on Chester's most haunted list.I am proud to say that I have enjoyed working with some of my clients for over 25 years … and counting.
