Redesigning the Stanford After School Mentoring Program for disadvantaged youth. Developing programmatic strategies to help Stanford undergraduates engage with underserved students. Networked with the Los Angeles City College transfer center to assist low-income, first-generation, and historically underrepresented community college students with the transfer process. Created and implemented personalized workshops focused on educational resources such as financial aid and scholarship opportunities. Recruited students to participate in the UCLA Center for Community College Scholars Programs. Supported the transfer center with administrative and clerical work.

Developed lesson plans. Conducted parent-teacher meetings to discuss educational progress and potential academic opportunities for their children. Attended weekly staff meetings, reviewed program development, provided feedback about student maturation, and generated an interactive curriculum.
