Responsible for leading the COO Domain New Zealand, which comprises a team of 150 employees across multiple geographical locations. Accountable for the delivery of critical services such as Financial Economic Crime Operations, Payments & Maintenance, Settlements & Securities, Region Australia & New Zealand Call Centre, Workplace & Facilities, Work Health & Safety, Fraud Monitoring, COO Risk & First Line Monitoring Assurance and Business Improvement. Key achievements:• Creation of the Regional Call Centre, serving all clients across Australia and New Zealand, from three hubs. Once implemented the Australian service level performance improved by more than 80%, whilst maintaining the high standard of New Zealand service levels. • Implementation of Robotics Process Automation • Delivery of over 100 Continuous Improvement initiatives through the newly established Continuous Improvement Community, saving more than 5,000 hours per annum. • Creation of Rabobank New Zealand’s Operational Carbon Emission Reduction plan and annual emission reporting, which includes the Nationally recognised ‘Toitu Certification’.• Member of the New Zealand Leadership Team, New Zealand Risk Management Committee, RANZ CAMS Committee, RANZ Policy Standards Management Committee, RANZ Enterprise Project Investment and Change Committee and RANZ Model Governance Committee.• Responsible for ongoing reporting and presenting to the Rabobank New Zealand Limited Board for Work Health and Safety, Cyber Security, Data Management & Record Keeping, IT Strategy and other topics as required. • Awarded the National Co-Operative Business New Zealand Emerging Leader of the Year Award 2022.
