As the Office Manager and Event Planner for Campus Outreach SERVE, I assist in the overall operations and logistics to ensure our office runs smoothly and systems are being maintained. A large part of what I do is planning and facilitating the training events for new and exiting staff. I also work with teams to plan strategic events for the broader Campus Outreach movement such as large staff conferences. We currently have employees living and working on 6 continents and have a large vision for expanding to more countries within those continents. My job is multi-faceted and fast-paced, with details changing every step of the way. Daily tasks include but are not limited to thinking for and executing onboarding and offboarding, maintaining office systems, providing plans and meals for meetings, booking hotel rooms, invoicing, reconciling accounts, and preparing for upcoming large events.

I lived in Nairobi, Kenya working with university students. I mentored and discipled several students over the years, teaching them how to walk with God through stewardship and leadership. I designed and implemented programs to help them reach their goals and discover their potential.

As Equipment Room Supervisor, I observed the 37 students who were working, making sure they arrived on time and followed policy. I also made sure they completed their tasks to the best of their abilities. I assisted them with said tasks when needed. I also answered any questions they may have had and assisted them with the patrons when they were not completely confident in their own abilities. I also performed a semiannual evaluation of each employee that I supervised. Alongside my responsibilities with the students, I assisted my manager with any administrative tasks he may have had.I also worked the customer service desk, providing customer service to all the patrons of the gym and providing them with clothing and the equipment they would need to perform any workout or exercise. The Equipment Room serves as command central to the gym, and patrons would come to me asking questions or expressing their opinions before making their way to Member Services.

As an intern for the Carolina Mudcats, I oversaw the luxury suites, supervised the servers, and assisted with Concessions. I came in several hours before each game, stocked the concession stands throughout the stadium, stocked the drink machines, prepared food, thoroughly cleaned the suites, stocked the refrigerators with pre-purchased beverages and snacks, cleaned the kitchen, and got all the food and cookware ready for the day. During the game, I acted as a concierge to the patrons in the suites, performed inventory, supervised the servers, managed the suite's concession stand and cash register, and prepared food for each guest. After the game, I cleaned the suites and the kitchen and performed inventory.

"Quality Control Assistant" was a position that was specially created for me. I would walk around the factory and observe the operations. If I noticed that something was being done incorrectly, I would halt production, teach the employees the correct methods, and then go to the warehouse and sort out the filters that were poorly manufactured. I also performed smaller tasks such as changing the words that ran across the tv screens in the break room, sorting the mail, imputing data, and assisting with payroll.
