Electrical Maintenance Engineer
CurrentResponsible for:1. Leading the electrical maintenance of an Interim Offshore LNG Terminal with a Multi-Purpose Jetty receiving regasified LNG from an FSRU with 750 MMSCFD capacity, along with an onshore Gas Receiving Facility serving 2000 MW of power plant capacity. 2. Updating the Computerized Maintenance Management System with a focus on electrical equipment, coordinating with the Warranty Team, implementing safety measures, and collaborating with maintenance contractors and vendors. 3. Improving maintenance procedures, executing maintenance activities, ensuring accurate reporting, troubleshooting electrical equipment, monitoring safe practices, and leading Management of Change initiatives related to electrical equipment. 4. Ensuring the efficiency and safety of the terminal's electrical systems.Achievements:1. Completion of the LNG terminal’s equipment database, integrating the technical design details into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).2. Established the work procedures and safety guidelines that deal with electrical equipment in the LNG terminal that serves as the basis for its operations and maintenance to help achieve ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001 compliance.3. Established preventive maintenance work plans for various electrical equipment of the LNG terminal, including preparation of maintenance checklists and job hazard analysis documents.4. Defined and completed the procurement of all critical electrical spare parts for the Terminal.5. Minimized the operational downtime of the LNG terminal and ensured the continuity of operations during grid outages, attending to on-call scenarios whenever needed.6. Defined and completed the procurement of all critical spare parts of the electrical equipment for the Terminal.
