As developer on various internal projects.- Designed and implemented company-wide statistics system that collects, processes and displays key metrics for all game projects. After launch of the system, productivity of marketing and game analytics teams throughout the company greatly increased.- Lead a team in development of backend game-engine. * New technology stack, that was used (node.js/socket.io) allowed to lower number of backend servers on more than 75%. * Engine was successfully used in two projects in the company and two more are in development. * Vast engine’s capabilities allowed faster backend development with focus on game logic and not the infrastructure.As member of team and company.- Introduced more agile approach to game design and production where all team members are included in feature planning and design processes.
