Product Splash is a 5-week immersive program for aspiring product managers and designers to conceptualize and pitch a new product idea through cross-functional collaboration with brilliant teammates, interactive skill-building workshops, and mentorship from industry leaders.▪️ Led a team of designers, product managers, and data analysts, in developing a product targeting the pain points of working remotely post-pandemic, driving timelines and deliverables▪️ Developed product features and product roadmap strategy by analyzing data from 40+ user surveys, 5 user interviews, and secondary research on current time management tools▪️ Created and presented a full prototype and pitch deck of self-care app to program mentors and other teams
