Passionate and professional in aviation, I have been working in ground and flight operations departments, aircraft maintenance, passenger customer service and sales, both in commercial and general aviation. This work experience and the specific training carried out over the tears, has allowed me to get a wide and detailed expertise knowledge and the appropriate management, organization and strong interpersonal skills of the handling services from different approaches, as hired staff directly with the airline and/or as third party and, in addition, being involved in the different departments of the aircraft and passenger ground handling processes where I have been able to get a complete overview of the aeronautical commercial industry and lead projects an stakeholders management.My Design and Marketing academic background, proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint, the fact that I am actually studying Industrial Engineering and Tableau, together with my work experience in different areas as retail, commercial and sales, specifically in the area of the Premium and Luxury business ,and in the event planning and organization, have helped and developed my creative ability in the troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, ability to effectively prioritize and execute task while under pressure, coordination, team-working, leadership and multidisciplinary team management, as well as customer expertise.I consider my self as a high learning capacity person, flexible, used to work under procedures and strict quality standards, focussed orientated and wide analysis skilled and excellent verbal and written communication.My goal is to join a project that will allow and to consolidate myself, that I am willing to relocate
