The main line of research is the study of Complex and Emerging Systems from the network (graph) analysis perspective. Some of these systems include Genetic, Collaboration or Socio-economic networks.To that purpose I'm developing generative block models such as SBM and machine learning tools with Python and its modules to infer the underlying structure of the systems. The resulting models and tools are susceptible to be applied not only to the systems under study, but to a apparently different fields like natural language processing (NLP). The developed methods are also independent of the programing language, being translatable to C, R or Java among others

Master thesis internship in the "Quantum Information with Cold Atoms and Non-Classical Light" group leaded by Dr. Morgan Mitchell. During the stay, I designed and mounted high-precission photonic systems adquiring profound knowledge of laser and optical systems, as well as all the electronics required to control the devices.The main goal of the project was accomplished and the stability of the systems I designed made them suitable for quantum optics experiments such as the generation of entangled photon pairs.
