As a Head of Consulting – Americas, Lynn is focused on guiding the CRU Consulting team to bring exceptional insight into strategic questions to companies with interests in the metals, fertilizer and chemical related industries throughout North & South America. She is focused on working with clients to develop & execute projects related to important and strategic issues/questions such as market analysis, strategy development, risk assessment as well as valuation services and negotiation support. Prior to joining CRU Group, Lynn worked for nearly 20 years with domestic as well as international manufacturers (primarily in the metals and mining industries) determining strategic growth opportunities. CRU Consulting is the management consulting division of the CRU Group providing independent and proprietary advice to the world’s leading metals, mining and fertilizer companies, suppliers to the industry, governments, and financial institutions. CRU's competencies focus on covering a wide range of services including market studies for any part of the world, business strategy, growth and acquisitions, market entry business plan review; risk analysis; marketing and purchasing strategy, government policy issues and infrastructure implications. CRU Consulting also provides valuation services from pre-feasibility and bankable feasibility studies to mergers and acquisitions, asset transfers, credit decisions, project finance & specialized valuation of business element as well as negotiation support to producers, consumers, traders, public authorities for contract review, negotiation and risk assessment.
