I have 3 decades of space industry experience as a scientist, software developer, lead engineer, RF link designer, and program manager. My experience spans many aspects of satellite data systems development: -- development and deployment of satellite ground systems-- satellite RF link design and architecture-- satellite TT&C waveforms, data formats, and operations -- civil and military-- integration of civil, commercial, and civilian space networks-- specification of remote tracking station ground and space data interfaces-- environmental geospatial satellite mission data processing and product development-- multi-spectral/multi-sensor satellite and environmental geospatial data science-- electro-optical remote sensing-- satellite RF communications, modulation, bit error rates, EbNo, error correction, and link design-- project management-- bistatic and phased array radars-- software and algorithm development-- systems engineering-- physics of the space environment-- satellite system architecture developmentFor over 20 years, I have pursued a passion in theoretical research into the physics of propellantless propulsion, within the framework of the known laws of gravity.
