Check the level of compliance against the production plan and keep the involved group informed about the execution. Make the necessary adjustments to daily production plan in case of delays. Follow up to commitments (urgent part numbers) to ensure timely delivery of shipments. Decide on the production line changes required in coordination with production control and operations. Always signal based on customer demand. Review inventory levels by production area, with a focus on delayed orders. Coordinate staff responsible for create workloads to the production line.
