Extended Vendor Chargeback System to be able to handle business cases with increased flexibility through rewriting the logic rule evaluation engine, using Clojure and Java.

Created a pipeline for enzyme classification using a Bayesian framework, using Python and sqlite. Helped investigate a statistical metric and its usage in increasing the performance of enzyme functional notation.

Collected client requirements for, and then developed, debugged and implemented, an html email template generator web application from scratch (front and backend) using Ruby/Rails. Decreased time required to send out critical event notifications from an average of 45 min. to 5 min. Wrote technical user and support documentation for application.
