After obtaining four units of CPE (internship in Springfield, MA and residency in Lancaster, PA), I took a position at Northwestern Medical Center in Illinois. After two and a half years of service as a full-time chaplain there, I moved to Salt Lake City and accepted a full-time position at Huntsman, where I have served since the beginning of 2023. I am committed to serving patients and their families as they navigate their journeys through cancer treatment, and this commitment motivates me to continue learning and growing. I continually take time to research relevant topics in peer-reviewed journals, read and contemplate spiritual texts, and share with colleagues. I see my work as a calling, not a job.
