- Direct leader of the development team made up of 4 employees, covering the following technical scopes: Data Visualization, Data Innovation, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Governance and Process Automation.- Implementation of strategic planning for digital transformation in Manufacturing, covering the 3 units in Brazil (Rio Claro, Joinville and Manaus), working directly in the implementation of the aforementioned technical scopes, directing decision-making and optimizing resources through projects in the area of industrial maintenence.- Development of the framework and implementer of the agile SCRUM methodology within manufacturing, acting in the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master in planning and execution of projects from the development team.- Responsible for delivering savings from the in-house maintenance area (P4G), developing financial feasibility rationales for projects and follow-up to guarantee execution according to the plan, in addition to preparing workshops with data analysis aimed at identifying new projects with consistent year-on-year evolution of 35%.- Responsible for preparing the sector's Profit Plan and ensuring the predictability of deliveries from month to month distributed across four accounts, reaching around 1 million reais per month.

- Process automation through the use of Javascript, Google Apps API/Script, Python, VBS and SAP Script.- Development of maintenance Business Inteligence platform using Power BI and Tableau integrated with SAP HANA.- Development of Maintenance Management System (Javascript,HTML,CSS,NodeJS,SQL), collecting, processing and handling maintenance data for assertive management of assets, costs and labor.

- Process automation with Javascript, Google Apps Script, Python and AutoHotKey- Management and tools for data visualization (Data Studio): Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Indicators, Budget and extension / expansion of the Professional Maintenance pillar.- Data analysis directed to projects to reduce breakdown recurrence and increase components lifetime (Stage 2 and 4 of PM pillar).- Development of training material of WCM methodology of the PM pillar (Professional Maintenance).
