International relations professional fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish with experience in Brazilian public administration, international market research, remote work and third sector organizations (Brazil and the United States).As Administrator of the Bilingual Embassy, I am responsible for the administration and management of the embassy, human resources management, facilities management, maintenance and conservation of the building and equipment as well as organizing official events that include graduation ceremonies, cultural events and conferences. Fortaleza Bilíngue is one of the largest free second language learning programs in Latin America. The program, launched in 2023, aims to reach more than half of Fortaleza's young population within a decade, helping them to have an intermediate level of a second language, impacting 118 thousand people per year with face-to-face and online courses, activities and cultural exchanges.As Co-Founder and Director of International Development at Ensign Research, a Brazilian market research startup, I am responsible for leading the company's growth in international markets and for developing an international expansion strategy that identifies growth opportunities in potential markets, assessing risks and opportunities involved. Ensign is a global data collection company that helps its clients save time and money recruiting participants for market research studies in more than 80 countries, in compliance with local laws.In addition to my professional accomplishments, I dedicate my time to family and volunteer service, having served as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Washington, DC in the United States. I currently lead a group of more than 50 women in personal and professional development activities.
