WHOLESALE FUEL ACCOUNTING•Accounts Receivable, contract/programs administration, account setup, credit analysis, risk assessment, and daily draft execution for 373 fuel dealers, resellers, and commission marketers, with an average daily draft in excess of $3M. •Anti-Money Laundering Independent Review for all company owned sites across all regions, to include data gathering, review, analysis, and reporting to ensure that the AML policy required as per the USA Patriot Act is fully enforced.RETAIL STORES ACCOUNTING•Accounting and cyclical analysis of 35 sites including Accounts Payable, UAR Account reconciliations (credit cards, money orders, lottery, treasury, and financial services), gross profit analysis, inventory valuation, exception reporting, and various other duties to ensure accurate posting of site transactions to the General Ledger.•Accounts Payable cleanup, settlement, and process improvement projects.

DATA TRANSLATION/COMMERCIAL SUSPENSE•Configured translations between Egate data received from outside parties into SAP to bring BOL data into billing system and automate terminal receipts.•Coordinated efforts to streamline outdated translations resulting in a reduction in billing errors, inventory discrepancies, and customer disputes. Received recognition by Management for record breaking metrics.•Served as a primary project resource for company wide effort to supply ethanol to 300 terminals across the US by creating SAP translations to track inventory and properly bill multiple blend ratios.TERMINAL CLEARANCE•Authorized account setups within SAP and at multiple terminals across the US either by dialing into various terminaling systems or working with third party setup personnel.•Managed shipper consolidation project to combine accounts for three merged companies across the Southeastern US. This consolidation reduced loading time at the rack, allowed more effective product allocation, and improved customer satisfaction ratings.•Managed the TABS/DTN interface automation, testing, and error resolution for fuel allocations and terminal authorizations by creating a database to capture all data interfaced from DTN into SAP. The result of this effort allowed trend analysis for information sent through TABS as well as error history and resolution data to assist the technical team in identifying original design gaps.DATA ADMINISTRATION-SPECIAL PROJECTS•Developed a series of data integrity projects to tie out incomplete manual updates to system data and create automated solutions. This led to the automation of the company’s largest marketer thus reducing billing errors and increasing supply management effectiveness.•Served as a primary resource for multi-company debranding project which saved a total of $27,000,000 in contract renewal fees. Received recognition from VP of Marketing for outstanding results.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE•Reconciled subsidiary ledgers to general ledger accounts monthly and prepared all reports for upper management.•Managed staff by training, monitoring work performance, and conducting annual performance reviews.•Monitored payable systems interface by balancing daily files across multiple systems.

RECONCILIATION ACCOUNTING•Managed special projects related specifically to the conversion from the ConocoPhillips credit card platform on Alliance Data Systems to the Circle K platform.•Reconciled settlement worksheets for various credit card vendors to files from Alliance Data Systems (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, etc), Fuelman, and BuyPass while performing cross reconciliation to site entries for cash balancing.

MASTER DATA•Represented Master Data on various project teams by developing and implementing project plans to encompass several functional areas.•Completed site setup across multiple systems including Oracle, COMETS, and SAP for company operated sites, dealers, and marketers.•Served as a project resource during the conversion of all legacy systems into SAP R/3 and the Credit Card Enterprise system.

STORES ACCOUNTING•Managed staff by monitoring work performance and conducting annual performance reviews.•Prepared month end journal entries by compiling and analyzing system generated output and reported departmental data to upper management.

RETAIL ENTERPRISE PROJECT - SALES AUDIT•Designed and developed SQL program to calculate all totals in the Sales Audit System to aid in back office reconciliation for sites being configured for Radiant scanning program.•Performed all phases of system testing to ensure feeds into and out of Sales Audit balanced and booked to the general ledger accurately and balanced daily store reports and monthly journal entries to the general ledger.•Created a Microsoft Access database to replace antiquated programs for automatic reconciliation between information received from vendors via EFT file and data logged at site level. This resulted in more timely payment to vendors and was ultimately integrated with the corporate marketing database for further reporting and merchandise analysis.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE•Reconciled subsidiary ledgers to general ledger accounts monthly and prepared all reports for upper management.•Automated departmental reports to cut general ledger reporting time from two weeks to three days.

STORES ACCOUNTING•Gross profit analysis, physical to book inventory reconciliations, cash variances, retail adjustments, cash paid outs, and inventory transfers.
