*Created sales proposals in the form of the "Quote Calculator" tool for clients & partners. Provided support throughout the entire sales cycle.*Worked closely with other departments, (Presale Engineering, Accounting, OrderCommencement, Account Services, Professional Services, Finance, Billing as well asDistribution/Fulfillment) to ensure all aspects of the proposal has been satisfied to companyspecification. *Scheduled conference calls between myself, partners, Presale Engineers, RCRs and customers to troubleshoot logistical, technical, Sales and telephony issue that may arise.*Responsible for providing support with the escalation process of presales issues while ensuringthat the partner and customer's needs are met. Provided support on the Quote Calculator salestool for partners as well as customized technical orders.*Monitored and assisted new partners before, during and after “Dealer/Channel Partner Training”. Performed post training to assist new partners with their first couples of sales.*Assisted the RCR-Regional Channel Representatives out in the field with cultivating newchannel partners as well as seasoned partners in an effort to provide all criteria requested by theircustomers on new and existing proposals.
