My area of expertise covers the management control in multinational companies, including a large experience and knowledge in the core business and internal processes of several firms from engineering, retail and telecommunications areas.In the last three years, I have been part of the Project Management Office of a multi-national engineering project, involved in activities such as budgeting and cost management, purchase process, quality assurance activities, etc. I have also been part of bid & commercial teams to define the business strategy and to collaborate in the preparation of international competitive bids.This experience has helped me to acquire a deep knowledge of the engineering project life cycle and its internal processes, and also to understand the relationship among the project and other departments of the company.I started my career in a telecommunication company, working in the pricing area to define new pricing policies, elaborate market researches and perform profitability studies. Later on, I moved to the retail sector, carrying out several responsibilities as manager control and reporting manager: sales analysis, commissions control, revenues and cost control, etc. I have also been responsible for the installation, configuration and start up of ERP tools in some of the firms I have worked for.
