I am passionate about gathering and analyzing qualitative data to tell stories, uncover organizational strengths and areas for improvement, inform policy, and improve the user experience. My extensive training and hands-on experience in data collection (including one-on-one interviews, group interviews or focus groups, surveys, observations, and contextual inquiry), analysis, and reporting are the foundation of my work, but connecting with people and using data to make informed decisions is what fuels me. I have a knack for managing multiple concurrent projects and keeping myself and the team on task. I am detail-oriented and love all things that involve planning, scheduling, editing, and formatting. I also love to get creative, drawing on my art background to visualize data in new ways. As an equal extrovert/introvert, I thrive on talking to humans, asking questions, and then going back to my work space to make sense of it all and develop actionable insights.
