 Lead project to load all cash register sales and invoice data from over 200 retail stores in North America. Project involved facilitation with the Point of Sale vendor and SAP consultants used to load the data to Under Armour’s HANA database. Coordinated with business units on report creation and distribution using the retail data. Lead project to load sell through data from 50 Under Armour customers in North America and Europe. Coordinated with the company providing retail scan data acquired from Under Armour customers such as Dick’s Sporting Goods and Macy’s. Created multiple HANA models to facilitate the merging of the acquired retail data with the company based retail data to produce dashboards of the consolidated data. Currently working with a second Point of Sale vendor to load retail data from Under Armour Franchise stores in China. Building multiple reporting models to combine the franchise data with in house retail data from Under Armour owned stores in China. Developing 14 reports/scorecards for distribution to the China business unit. Manage the team of individuals responsible for the operational support of all existing BI functions within Under Armour. Responsibilities include coordinating and prioritizing the resolution of all reported incidents, managing the release of new functionality and working with SAP and internal hardware support to maintain the operational stability of BI systems.

Projects have included the development of Data Warehouse and BusinessObjects Reporting Capability for Finance, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources (Personnel and Incentives Management), Container Deposit Compliance, Sales and Delivery, Interaction Center, Sales Force Analytics, Equipment and Asset Management and Warehouse Management. Lead effort to convert existing BW Business Intelligence capability to native HANA architecture. Redeveloping all existing BW/BEx capability to HANA views and reporting using BusinessObjects and Tableau. Participated in the rollout and initial training for EveryAngle and Tableau reporting. Development of mobile reporting capability using BusinessObjects Mobile. Early adopter of BusinessObjects mobile application for iPad. Worked extensively with Coca-Cola Security team and SAP Labs to ensure that the iPad application met the security requirements imposed by Coca-Cola. Extensive involvement in testing and implementing the BusinessObjects 4.0 suite of reporting tools. Lead the design and development of numerous Dashboards, Crystal Enterprise and Web Intelligence reports used throughout Coca-Cola. Enterprise Architect leading implementation and migration of global reporting from standard SAP-BW reporting platform (Business Explorer) to the Business Objects Suite of tools. Includes evaluation and rollout of Business Objects Enterprise, Xcelsius, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports and Beta testing of Business Objects 4.0 and 4.1 including Analysis Office and Webi.
