About Lee Mccroskey
I've been teaching and training all my life. From early on, I've enjoyed the classroom and the stage.As former Director of Sales & Leadership Development for Southwestern Advantage--formerly known as The Southwestern Company--I was responsible for organizing and executing all sales and recruiting training for more than 60,000 top college students from North America and Europe during the last 25 years. So, having spent my entire career working with students, I have invested considerable time dealing with young people. In addition, I've spoken to businesses as a trainer and consultant across North America and Europe—from Mexico City to London to Bratislava to Tallinn. I also served as adjunct faculty at Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management and currently teach at Trevecca Nazarene Univ. and Williamson College. I am a certified speaker and coach with the John Maxwell program. Specialties: leadership development; expertise in generational trends & issues in the marketplace; public speaking; sales and sales management training; training design; life coaching.
