Working within the Customer Relations department, I dealt with mis-sold payment protection insurance on loans and credit cards. My main role was to gather all required documentation from different branches across the country. This was done using three main network systems called CPS, Customer and Solve.it, plus other programmes called OTIS and Enquiries. I received the documentation via e-mail or post and distributed it to the required review managers who then looked into the case further.
