As the executive director of this phenomenal local non-profit, I dedicated myself to empowering young women with our guiding principle: "Inspiring All Girls To Be Strong, Smart, and Bold". In this role, my focus was to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization via ownership and execution of company analytics strategy.

My focus at DermStore was to derive insights from data to provide decision support for executive management, inform optimization strategies across all digital marketing channels, and increase revenue from the e-commerce site.Key contributions include:● Lead iterative A/B and multivariate testing program using Adobe (Omniture) Test and Target for several upsell campaigns where resulting conversion rate increases ranged from 17 to 300 percent ● Developed and implemented a predictive model for direct mail catalog campaigns that resulted in a 175% increase in ROI while preserving sales volume● Prevented unnecessary spending and the loss of over $500k in annual sales through analysis of shipping policy test data

In this contract role, I supported the strategic planning team by developing a dashboard and scorecard to provide data and insights for several of their major automotive client’s web properties.

In this role, I defined clients’ environmental sampling and analytical needs. Additionally, I coordinated with laboratory staff to meet or exceed both internal and external requirements.

During my time with ELORET, I developed novel coating materials and methods, led and participated in research projects, and procured funding for research of space vehicle applications while managing the Thermal Protection System Materials Development Laboratory at the NASA Ames Research Center.
