At francesca’s, our Key Holders are called Sales Leads. As a Sales Lead, I have a strong emphasis on guest service, products and visual presentation. I must be an effective problem solver and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, as I am part of the leadership team. As part of the leadership team, I lead a group of Team Members who are motivated to provide a superior guest experience to maximize sales through coaching and accountability; we refer to this as Rewarding and Redirecting. In partnership with the Boutique Team Leader (manager) and Assistant Team Leader (assistant manager), I am responsible for ensuring that sales goals are achieved by leading brand standards for our guest and our team.

At francesca’s, our Sales Associates are called Stylists. A Stylist is a member of a Boutique Team who is motivated to provide a superior guest experience to maximize sales and profit. Under the guidance of the Boutique Leadership team, I am responsible for ensuring that sales goals are achieved by supporting and executing brand standards for our guest and team. This includes assisting with guests needs, offering product knowledge, merchandising, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a neat and visually inspiring boutique environment.

I coached the 13 Junior National team at Legacy while taking classes and working at francesca's. Along with my co-coach, I made practice plans, taught the team the basics of the game, and helped the girls relate sports to life along the way.
