As the Associate Executive Director at Edmonds Center for the Arts (ECA), I oversee the financial and operational aspects of the organization, ensuring its sustainability and growth. With over 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to this role, including communication, analytical, and project management skills.My mission is to support ECA's vision of being a cultural hub that fosters creativity, diversity, and community engagement through the arts. I work collaboratively with the Executive Director, the Board of Directors, the staff, and the stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures that align with ECA's goals and values. I also manage the human resources, information technology, and facility functions of the organization, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality. In addition, I serve as the Communications and Marketing Director for the West Sound Human Resource Management Association (WSHRMA), a volunteer board position that allows me to share my expertise and network with other HR professionals in the region.
