With over 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to this role, including communication, analytical, and project management skills.My mission is to support ECA's vision of being a cultural hub that fosters creativity, diversity, and community engagement through the arts. I work collaboratively with the Executive Director, the Board of Directors, the staff, and the stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures that align with ECA's goals and values. I also manage the human resources, information technology, and facility functions of the organization, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality.
