I am also a Coach Trainer and have trained up and coming coaches in the ICF core competencies and beyond. Ultimately, I specialize in lovingly butt kicking clients into the life that they've wanted for themselves but never took that step toward it until they reach out to me. Sometimes we all need someone to help us get out of our own way and hold us accountable to the things we want for ourselves and for that person to do it in a way that honors us and doesn't judge us.
