Supporting Technology and Operations & T&O HR Team in areas such as:HR Consulting-Consult client group leaders and work with HR specialized service colleagues to develop and implement a proactive People Strategy and HR Plans, products and activities that capitalize on organizational, managerial and employee capability to achieve high performance and productivity levels. -Provide input into business strategies, policies, procedures and new initiatives to ensure they are… Show more Supporting Technology and Operations & T&O HR Team in areas such as:HR Consulting-Consult client group leaders and work with HR specialized service colleagues to develop and implement a proactive People Strategy and HR Plans, products and activities that capitalize on organizational, managerial and employee capability to achieve high performance and productivity levels. -Provide input into business strategies, policies, procedures and new initiatives to ensure they are consistent with overall CIBC business and HR strategies and objectives and recommend, develop and implement action plans and programs to ensure alignment and compatibility. - Support for the CIBC@work Project which is a program (involving 1,200 employees) to evaluate flexibility in how and where employees work. Responsible for all intake activities, exec-level reporting (creation of reporting tools as well), preparation for change sessions and the ongoing maintenance (including focus groups) and point of contact for all employee inquiries regarding eligibility, requirements and all other issues. Support of Audit requirements as well as policies and procedures in place.Support of HR Program Initiatives such as Talent Management, Compensation and Employee Survey.Data Management & Analytics-- Implement continuous process improvements by creating process documents (hiring , onboarding, orientation, mailbox maintenance) as well as streamlining metrics and reports to a central P.O.C to avoid duplicate efforts.
