I can’t wait to hear about your journey. Here’s a bit about mine: I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who’s passionate about helping people find strength in themselves, navigate life’s ups and downs, and feel more connected to who they truly are. I believe each person already has their best self within them—sometimes it just takes a gentle nudge and a safe, supportive space to rediscover it. In therapy, I strive to create that space by building a warm, trusting relationship where clients feel truly heard, valued, and understood. My love for psychology began early, driven by a natural curiosity about the mind, human behavior, and the ways we connect with each other. This curiosity led me to pursue a BA in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Cal State Los Angeles, solidifying my desire to help people on their journeys. My career began as a behavior technician, working with youth and families affected by autism and related disorders. Their resilience and strength inspired me and deepened my commitment to this work.I went on to earn my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College, where my traineeship in a TK-8th grade school setting allowed me to help children manage emotions, access resources, and feel seen. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, from a high school campus to a group practice, supporting adults, couples, and families. Now, as a licensed therapist, I’m dedicated to giving back to my community by making mental wellness services accessible and helping to break down the stigma around therapy. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, understanding, and encouragement as you find your way forward.
